MSM GROUP offers chemical and mechanical components used in individual parts of ammunition. And these are:
PYROTECHNIC COMPOSITIONS
- Igniting compositions
- Time delaying compositions
- Tracer compositions
- Signalling and Illuminating compositions
- Smoke compositions
- Incendiary compositions
PRIMERS
Primers are used to ignite the spotting and powder charges. They are initiated by firing pin percussions onto bottom of the primer. They consist of brass anvil into which cup with percussion priming composition is moulded. Crimped priming composition in the cup is covered with tin foiled disc.
Fuze and priming screw
KZ 984 Fuze
Fuze KZ-984 is designed for 155 mm shells. It is mechanical point detonating fuse with detonator´s reinforcing cap and mask safety. Depending on requested effect it is possible to set the fuse for immediate or for delayed function.
KZ-88M Fuze
Fuze KZ-88M is designed for 100, 122 and 152 mm shells.
MZ-95M Fuze
Fuze MZ-95M is designed for 81 mm, 98 mm mortar bombs. It is mechanical point detonating fuse with detonator´s reinforced cap and mask safety. Depending on requested effect it is possible to set the fuse for immediate or for delayed function.
MZ-81M Fuze
Fuze MZ-81M is a mortar nose impact fuze. It is designed for fi ring of high-explosive mortar ammunition of the 120 mm caliber from the 120 mm mortar.
KV-4
Priming screw (mechanical type) is used to initiate of powder charge in the cartridge by impaling machine of the gun. This type of priming screw is designed for cartridges of caliber type 100, 122, 152 mm.
GUV-7
The Primer Sleeve GUV-7 is intended to ignite the Propellant Charges with high pressure of tank ammunition for electrically triggered systems. It is ativated upon impact or under voltage.
